CANCELATION POLICY

The Customer may request to cancel the order, provided that the request is placed before the ordered goods are dispatched for delivery. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled.

If we have to cancel the order at the request of the Buyer or for other reasons after processing the online payment, the indicated amount will be returned back to your card account. However, the amount will be returned to the Customer’s debit or credit card account after deducting any fees charged by the bank. Cash refunds will not be made under any circumstances.
